Every fare includes a generous allowance. Sports and safari equipment is welcome and can be added when you book or at the desk.
Allowances are guidance for scheduled flights and can vary by fare and aircraft. For oversized or special items, please contact our call center before you travel.
Opens 24 hours before departure. Sign in to your account, check in and receive your boarding pass by email.
Counters open well ahead of departure. We recommend arriving 45 minutes before a scheduled flight at Wilson.
Because we fly from Wilson, boarding is quick and calm. Gates close shortly before departure, please be ready.
For everyone's safety, some items may not be carried in checked or cabin baggage. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before you fly.
Spare batteries and power banks must travel in cabin baggage only. Firearms and ammunition require prior arrangement and documentation.
Flexible fares can be changed at no fee up to three hours before departure. Lite fares are the lowest price and are non changeable.
Where a fare is refundable, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 15 to 20 days of the request.
Please travel on the booking you hold. Name changes and no show rules vary by fare, our call center can help with either.

Infants under two travel on a guardian's lap. Unaccompanied minors are arranged directly with the airline, please call ahead.
